I'mmmmmm backkkkkk

Dawn, Hi Sweetheart. Yeah..guess I'll put that as my signature. I'm glad you got settled in..maybe someday I'll come down and drive you crazy for awhile.....:smile2:

I am also pretty new to Sn but welcome back. Sounds like you have quite the house full! We have 2 shelties, a maltese x and a cat to join the people in this house.
Thank You Nancy...I've got (1) Sheltie, (4) Mini Schnauzers & (2) cats. My one sister had to give up her schnauzers, soooo I got them, (Katy, Harley, Sara, & Te'a......two stray cats that needed a home ( Travis & Lucy) and my best & most loyal friend, my Sheltie (Boo)and of course me (the zoo keeper) Dave. So you will probably be seeing me writing many things here....I'm glad to meet you!:smile2:

Welcome back David. What's all this with the Davids - I have been away for a year and just returned. It was like that when we found the lasses had their shelties sleeping with their heads at their end and we had our with their rear ends under our noses...... Welcome back

Hi David...hey, it's a good name and good mothers name their good sons, good names:smile2: I know the rear end under the nose thing...Believe me, I do. I asked the vet once why dogs sleep with their rear end toward you and face outward. She told me that this is the way they protect you....if they were facing you they wouldn't be able to see a foe coming. So, I guess if I want protection we have to put up with the rear end thing:yes: It's been about a year for me also..so I'm glad we are both back...I always enjoyed your pictures.....

Welcome back Boo's Dad, I've thought of you often and wondered what happened to you. Glad you're doing well!

Did you ever get Boo's weight down?

Mine are all at reasonable weights and doing really well.

Sorry to hear that Boo is a little skittish, sound to me like he's a typical sheltie.

If Toby doesn't get out for a walk every day I know he'll find something to be afraid of. I can't remember if you knew we adopted a third sheltie?

Welcome back!! I have often thought of you and wondered how you and Boo are doing - sounds like you have a full house!

That's why mine always want to sleep on the doorside of the bed, or in front of the door.

Julia, how is Merlin? I had heard he was very ill. I asked Dawn (dawns2 shelties) to write you and tell you I would pray for him. But she was moving and very busy, so I don't know if she had the time. I have prayed for him. Please let me know.

Sorry it did slip my mind if I recall My sister Barb passed the next day and it was downhill for me from there, Bet hospitalized, packing, Bet passing. The brain is not focusing. I would have gotten around to it in about 2 weeks. :confused2:
