It's a bird, it's a plane...it's a blue!!?

I just took a closer look at the picture of Lexi and Enzo. It looks like Lexi was doing a little swimming in the surf. I wish my two would do that. The are both skittish of the "moving water" but love running on the beach.

Oh the cuteness! I'm very late on this news but congrats on little Enzo. He looks so fluffy and just adorable!

13 weeks

Enzo is almost 13 weeks (will be on Tuesday) and he is growing like a weed--or so it seems to me! He is still a wee thing, but is now growing legs and looks much less like a fuzzy meatball. As of today he is 6 lbs and 10" tall.

His house training is going really well and he has only had 2 accidents in the past 2 weeks, and both have been my fault. If I listen, he usually goes to the door and barks once.

He is a smart cookie, and loves his food now (if you remember, when we brought him home he'd rather play with a toy!) It's great in a way because I can get him to alternate between toys and cookies, most of the time (homemade turkey meatballs are his absolute fave, though).

He is working hard on a sit stay, walks on a leash, knows down (though doesn't want to hold it long!), come (as long as there are turkey meatballs involved), back up, and is also working on a new fun trick--look bummed. I will share when it's up and running

He will also offer to run through jump uprights (that means no bar) and runs through the tunnel for fun.

Barking in his crate is lessening, though he still gets up quite early (around 5/5:30) to potty. He will go back to sleep afterwards though, thank goodness. I have to remember that is just about the age Lexi was when we brought her home, so I'm okay getting up if he really needs to go.

Most of all, he is absolutely adorable, is famous in our neighborhood (even has his own fan club. When we go outside the kids yell "GO ENZO!") and is so much fun!

How stinking cute is he! We didn't go through the young fluffball pup phase with Watson since we got him at 9 months... How something that cute doesn't get spoiled is beyond me.

So you were like me with Spitfire.... let's start at the Coyote phase  Of course they both are fine looking fellows now. Hope Watson is mending still.
