It's Time For Me To Go Forward For Allie

I'm happy to hear that you will be bringing home a new sheltie boy. Looking forward to seeing the new pictures and hearing all of the stories.

I'm sure Allie is looking down, happy to know you're going to bring a new little pup into your home.

Can't wait to see some pictures!!!

Our new Max

Hi Everyone,
We brought Max home Friday night and it was a great night. He was very shy and I was up twice in the night with him and he ate alittle bit and was drinking water. By 24 hours later he was roaminig the house as if he'd been here before.(Ali's angel) and all together I've cleaned up about 5 messes but it's my own fault because I'm not quick enough when he wakes up but he is going potty outside and I'm getting better on being more attentive. This afternoon he was chasing his little rope and bringing it back to me even though he'd drop it about a foot in front of me, I still consider that a "good boy". I am truly happy that there are 4 more feet running around our house. I haven't figured out how to post the pictures but there are alot as well as video tape full already. There have been a couple of things he has done that reminded me of Ali and it brought tears to me but they were happy tears because I think she sent him to me. I truly thank all of you for your kind words and prayers and support as you all have given me a form of strength to share my love with a new chapter of sheltie love. Thank you all again and am anxious to post pictures.

I am so happy that you decided to adopt Max and I am sure Ali is happy for you and him. She knows what a great home he will have. I hope you really enjoy him. Puppies are a lot of work but so much fun. Can't wait to see for pictures!

Congratulations on the new arrival and welcome to Max!! :biggrin2: Enjoy every minute of puppyhood...they are such fun and you know Ali is watching and wagging her tail. Can't wait for pictures!

I'm glad you've brought Max into your life. Nothing like a few puppy kisses in order to help with your heart. Ali will be happy to know that someone else will be looking out for you. Shelties seem to want to look after their human buddies.

It is just amazing how quickly they become part of the family. Give Max some kisses and a couple of treats. And try not to spoil him too much!:lol:

I am so happy for you! Max sounds like a wonderful bundle of joy, love and energy. I am sure Allie is smiling down on you. I cannot wait to see pictures of him!!! I am sure you will have years of fun and laughter and wonderful new memories.
