From the various things I have seen I think this was just a very sad accident. Stuff like this can occur at agility, on walks or at home. Sometimes things just happen.
If it is true it was heart failure then the gossips on FB blaming the tunnel and stirring huge debates (and even slandering people) should be ashamed.
