Well the kong did help a little bit. I also do the reward when quite but I agree it is difficult to pay attention too. I am glad to hear this is not uncommon and I guess I just have to agree with my trainer when she says "well you do have a sheltie". And she does have such a strong drive to preform which I am glad for. I guess if she was being too disruptive I would expect my trainer to tell me. Last night we searched for 3 treats and she found them all in no time.
Water would never work. My crazy nut loves water. She goes crazy playing in the garden hose and sprinkler. Heck DH has taught her to drink from the shower.
