Kennel name and agility?

Nothing significant from my dog's sire and dam breeders. Dam's breeder has 1 dog with an open and novice agility title and sire's breeder has two dogs with CD's. Both breeders are conformation breeders.

I think despite Bailey's early lack of confidence, fear and a handler who doesn't have time to train as much, she is a very talented agility dog. So sometimes you get a good one when you're not even looking for one.

This site is awesome! My dog's titles, date, time, placement and yds/sec are all listed. so cool!

Oh wow, what a list.

I just looked up Edan and was surprised by the information available there, including the actual scores for Rally.

Tell you what, this let's me see how Edan's improved over the years. He's never been an incredibly fast dog - more the moderate speed but incredibly accurate dog. I can actually see how his speed has increased over the years.

Would I use this as a tool for buying my next agility dog? Maybe, maybe not. Previous performance is not necessarily a guarantee of future success since each dog is an individual. It's definitely an interesting database though.

Interesting that my Evil dog ran in the high 3's in YPS in Novice JWW (we just started). Her littermate ran about the same in Novice, but is now consistently in the mid-5's in JWW. Data!!

Hmm. This is a dangerous site.

(but all the better to stalk puppy buyers with :smile2:)

I am very impressed with the new Rush litter that are 6 months old right now. They are gonna be ones to watch.I know of three top names who have pups from this litter and the other pup a friend of mine has.One of Rush's first litter has a pup named Bolt who is doing extremely well right now. There are so many good dogs out there right now.

Why don't you have one yet? For all you talk about Rush, I'd think you'd have bought them all by now

I see eight from the breeder mine came from but I am not sure if Blizzard is on there - she is off to Spain in May with the Canadian agility team.

Because another dog right now isn't in my budget and trust me if it was I would have one and being out on the sidelines not being able to run a dog stinks and thats another reason.:ick I like Rush.He is a nice dog and he dominates the 16 inch group.

Maybe Sharon will get one of mine when I have a Rush litter :biggrin2: With all the big names getting them, it's about impossible to get one, so I figure I'll just breed my own with the added benefit of the bitch also being one I know I like the temperament/drive/structure of, and will get to pick my own from a whole litter then. I've already been in talks to breed to him when my bitch comes in come spring.
I've been aware of this site for maybe 6 or so months now. I love it. It's great for researching lines/dogs, and for tracking progress/improvements. And, with several years data on there, I can pick out certain places my dogs seem to be fastest. I have 2 or 3 places where my dogs post higher than average yps.
