Laddie is a totally different Sheltie than Chip. If you get him at the right time you can love on him for maybe 45 seconds. He maybe rests from running a couple times during the day for 10 minutes. Chip isn't putting up with much of Laddie's antics but they play non stop until Chip shuts it down.
Smart just like all Shelties. Obeys most commands, stops biting if you tell him, can shred a piece of paper in nothing flat, eats his food as though it was his last meal, has to check Chip's bowl to see if there is any there, loves all soft toys, etc. We never had to place small things out of sight for Chip. We have tons of nick nacks. Magazine baskets, book racks, pillows, soft throws, and soft animal characters setting here and there. Laddie has found all of them and at one time or another he has had them all in a pile in the middle of the Great Room.
This summer should be interesting since we spend almost all our daylight hours working in the garden or yard. It will need to be a chain snapped to his collar, no rope would last more than five minutes.
I said the other day he was three months old. Actually he was 12 weeks last Wednesday, technically not three months until the 4th of February.
I forgot to transfer new photos to the computer.

I often wonder if she had come first, would she be as much as a diva as she tries to be. Kaleigh puts her in her place, it cracks me up.
Sca is 6 and still not much of a snuggler. He likes to get petted but then he is off to run around something or check on things. If you can catch him snoozing he will stay for a while and get petted. Spitfire despite his evil hide is the snuggle dog. He LOVES to get petted and being a dog that doesn't like things to change has a habit of eating, then come for some petting and then on to a nylabone or chew. That is his routine almost every morning.
