Received our AKC paper work from the breeder today.

Think maybe I will show it to Laddie, might slow him down a little. LOL

Also ordered an agility unit for the yard. He may eat it before he learns to use it.
 
Glad you finally got it, sounds to me that agility might be just the thing for him, but they do slow down with age (a bit) Piper is 14 months old now and he listens wayyyyy better than he did at 7 months so it'll happen it just doesn't seem like it right now lol
 
Since sheltie's have the shredding gene make sure you keep it away. Savannah during puppyhood didn't slow down, had to pass go, listening & focus weren't even part of the equation then. Now, at least I know she isn't mentally challenged like I wondered about then. I know my breeder got tired of me saying, are we SURE she is a sheltie. She was in her own bubble. I never had a sheltie like her before, but we all adjusted. Being a taste tester just proves Laddie IS a sheltie. Mine believe you either eat it, chew it, or shred it-in that order.
