Lil'Lady update

I did a Happy Dance today. got the same vet. LOL the girl at the desk understood and she agreed with me using the SAME vet. She made sure I got to see him.

Lady is looking good. I have to go back in two months but I believe we are on
our road to recovery. Thank heaven. I had to laugh the vet was teasing my DH
and said I think she loves this dog more then you.

As many posts that I have read about thyroid, anyone else have the ups and
downs? At first Lil's Lady was fine then as we went further into using the meds
they had to get the numbers up. Right now she is going into the stable mode.

Her hair will grow back on her neck, so I'm not worried about that. This vet does
not like that ear crap either the other vet LOVES.

Thanks for support, info on thyroid, and letting me vent.

Thank you and thanks to the site for the info on thyroid. Its
really been trying. I am so proud of her how she has tolerated
everything with this.

Glad you were able to get the vet you like...and that is really a wonderful update for your Lil'Lady. :smile2:

Thyroid meds can need readjustment at times...that is why you will need her to have scheduled blood work to make sure the dosage is correct.

Thanks Hanne and Trini. I was really sad and so devastated. I am so proud
we are on the right track. I realize her pills might have to be adjusted here
and there, BUT with seeing the same vet. The receptionist will help me again.

Dogs and Humans everyone has to be on the same page.
