Cooked liver yesterday, came out nice and dry. Both boys enjoyed it. I am practicing my CG every morning so need as high reward as I could master.

not too bad really, I think actually less than boiling does. Do you put garlic powder on both sides or just on the top?
I'm confused. I've read that garlic is toxic to dogs, but then I have even seen garlic powder listed as an ingredient in some dog food. Is it just the garlic cloves that are bad for dogs, and the powder is OK, or does it have to do with the amount eaten? I can't imagine that any dog would actually like to eat raw garlic! The liver treats sound, um.....tasty...
We have a sun oven -- I think I'll bake it outdoors in that!![]()
Do you think this would work with a different meat. I hate the smell of liver! How bad is this smell? Maybe I could live w/ it if it wasn't too long. Or wonder if liver could be cooked on my grill? What do you think?
