Log-In Time-Out?

OK Ive had firefox on my comp forever and finally dumped IE after it kept crashing about 30 times a day!! now heres my question, I click remember me under my signin and it keeps it for the most part for the day but everytime I re-start I have to log back in....any setting I can use to fix this?

ohh and I like the new wallpaper you can use on Firefox...they have shelties!!!!!

Under Tools, Options, click on the Privacy Tab. Under History Firefox will Remember History should be selected.

If this has been set properly and you're still having the problem you can go on the Firefox support page and try some other things. Nothing worked for me though and I had to reinstall Firefox to fix the problem. Just don't forget to backup all of your bookmarks before uninstalling it.

I'm having trouble staying logged in now. I did a password change because I couldn't remember my password. My laptop and computer at work remember me (laptop-IE, work computer-firefox), but the desktop at home doesn't remember me. I am clicking remember me but it still doesn't. I have made no other changes other than resetting the password.
