They're easy enough to make.
I made a 2 dog out of an O ring, some rope/twine and some clips. All from Menards (home depot, lowes etc, they all have the same stuff.)
For my 2 dog, I needed 1 O ring, and 2 clips. About 6 feet of rope/twine. I made the leash clip to the O ring, and the two arms of the Y about 2 feet each. (I hike with my dogs, and wanted to give them enough room so they could switch sides while walking, so with 3 dogs, you wouldn't want to give them that much room.)
