What a day. Up at 4am to get Clay started on his trip to OK. First thing I see is pee and poop in the two spare bedrooms. Clean it up and wonder what prompted that. After Clay leaves and before I leave for work Maddie piddles two more times on the living room carpet. After cleaning that up I put all three dogs in the bathroom with blankets and pee pads. Go to work just for the staff meeting then rush back home to find pee pads soaked and Maddies blanket too. Maddie wouldn't eat anything so instead of waiting I called the Vet and they were able to see her. They tested her urine and did blood work. She has a bladder infection. Now she is on meds for that. Vet said she needs to eat while taking antibiotic. Tried a hotdog, nope that didn't work so I cooked some hamburger and she ate alittle. Hope it was enough so she doesn't get an upset stomach. Poor thing I can tell she feels bad about having accidents in the house. Pray she has a speedy recovery.

Poor little girl. But how great that you were able to get her in right away and get a dx quickly. Getting her on the antibiotics immediately has to be a good thing!
 
Thanks for the kind thoughts for our Miss Maddie. I think she is feeling a little better this morning. We had a good night with no piddles. She still doesn't want to eat her kibble. I cooked some hamburger up last night and go her to eat a couple of mouthful. This morning she ate the rest of it with some gusto! Keeping a close eye on her and giving her extra loves.
