My mail box says it is 92% full. I have gone and deleted mail and it still says full. What am I missing?

I had the same problem--go to your Sent Mail folder. It automatically keeps every message you've sent. If you delete all of those, you'll be good to go!

Thanks Ashley and Michele I looked at it again and that was my problem so now it is empty.
