Male vs Female Faces?

I had someone make a comment once, that all shelties look like girls, Lucky has been called a girl. Wellll PHYTTT! I have never had a comment about Lady, if anyone thinks she is a girl or boy. At the vets Lucky is called a girl most of the time by the pet owners. For some reason they pick on my boy.

To me he looks all boy, and his personality just shines, with his one ear up and one down. WUZ UP? He is my boy, and that is my story, I'm sticking to it.

Funny, I took Diva to get groomed this evening and we were commenting on her feminine face. It is softer and less course than the boys. No one would mistake her for a boy.

When Justice was younger people used to call him a girl all the time. Now that he is older it rarely happens. He has a big mane and a heavier muzzle and face when compared to my girls. He also carries himself like a male. Confident, head up and chest out and in charge if you know what I mean. :smile2:
Here is Justice and Ember in about the same pose and they are about the same age too 4-5yrs.

Here's Diva and her uncle Pike. I think they show the male/female difference well. They have similar head types.

When I walk Sadie and Ginny, no one ever doubts that they're girls. But when I walk Milo also, people think he is the girl and that Sadie is the boy, since she's bigger than him.

Here are some photos of the three of them. Can you tell which ones are the girls?

Well, I'm having a ball with this thread, but my batting average sucks! :eek2:

I nailed Milo, but would have mistaken Pike and Bentley. This is why I don't frequent bars anymore...

Ginny is just total cuteness.

And she definitely knows it. Its so hard to discipline that little ball of fluff. Yeah, no mistaking her for a boy.

Edan is beautiful, I love all of the photos you post of him, but I always have to remind myself that he's a boy, he's just so pretty. Sorry! :uhoh:

I think the same thing about my friend's boy cat. I had a cat just like him as a child, and she was a girl and so beautiful. I tell him that he should have been a girl every time I see him.
