Medication or not

If the anti-bark collar is an electric collar, I would definitely ditch it. You don't want to cause unpleasant experiences when he is meeting other dogs or people.

Right now I'm doing a trial run of Prozac on my guy for OCD licking. There's no change in behavior being on it, and unfortunately no lessening of the licking.
