Mental Game Help

We ran against Favor last month--I had no idea who she was and couldn't believe how good she was! Then I talked to Lynda and realized :)

So How did You enjoy that Outing:wink2::wink2: Pretty spectacular Dog No dought about it. I love watching that dog run, its like she get fired out of a cannon from the release, just keeps accelerating and never slows down.

She was very good! And Lynda was really nice to us, too :) Her dog is from Florida, so we ran against a lot dogs with the same lines in SC.

Thank you everyone! I really appreciate all your comments and suggestions!

Lapeer. Are you close?

It's about 45min north. Is that the All Dogs Can? I have a friend who is taking a dog there, or supposed to be. He (the owner) had some foot injury a few weeks ago so not sure.

Watch out for potholes! We've had a bumper(ha!) crop of them this year. I-75 is always terrible. At least construction season hasn't quite gotten started yet. Those traffic barrels are the Michigan state flower, you know!

Yep! ADC. Who is your friend? I will keep an eye out.

And thanks for the warning about potholes! My only complaint is that there are no hotels close :(

He ended up not going, decided foot injury not healed enough.

Lapeer/Flint/general area is not much of a tourist stop in the state. Most people I know who travel up there stay in the Ortonville area and drive, or stay in a B&B.

Well, it wasn't a great weekend for us. Our team is still "green" enough that we're pretty inconsistent. 2 weekends ago we had a super high Q rate, and this weekend, not so much!

I don't even think it was the intimidation factor--just little things here and there kept going wrong.

But, Lexi & I did have a smoking jumpers run that was the fastest of all 16" dogs (one of the awesome dogs didn't run, I have to admit!), but we did beat Favor and Taser. Of course we dropped a bar, so it doesn't matter LOL!

And poor Bentley...ran clean in Steeplechase and still came in 11th!

Wow! That run was fantastic! Awesome job and you should be so proud!

Can I ask what type of floor you are running on....looks very nice? All the judges that come out west to rural Montana/Idaho etc... always comment that we are very different on our surfaces than what they judge in the midwest and east.
