So amatuer how glue. Should I also do the middle? The video said don't bother after 12 weeks and he is 14 weeks tomorrow....

Absolutely still do the middle. I was taping the middle up to at least 6 months. It’ll make a big difference and bring the ears higher on the head.
They look good but I’m guessing Ian didn’t make it easy for you lol!

He wasn't to bad. I got a bit extra glue on one side. Of course I waited until he was fading into brat mode and ready to fall over
