Missing sheltie Harper's Ferry WV

I got a K9AmberAlert about Junior. He has been missing since 6-10. He is a small adult male tri-color. The info says the closest major intersection is Rte. 230 and Stafford Lane. Please spread the word. Here is a link to his picture & the tiny bit of info.
