NJ Sheltie Rescue has posted for help with finding 8yr old Tri female Foxie. I talked to Sue at the rescue and she was only with them 16hrs. and is from an abused home. They thinkit is possible she may head back to her previous owners loyal as Shelties are. This is how their post reads.

NJ Sheltie Rescue is asking everyone in the Metuchen area who can help over the next couple days to look for Foxie.
We ahve hired a pet detective to help in the search which makes it faster. This detective uses cameras and food stations, once Foxie is spotted staying in one area they will set out the life cages in the hopes of catching her.

Signs are up but we may need more signs made to put up because of the rain.

She has been posted on Petfinders,Fido Finders and Craigslist.

Volunteers are helping out, but because of Irene we are asking for any and all help in the search. If you are not near Metuchen area you can always make a donation to help with the pet detective and suplies.
Foxie may have found a safe place to hide which is making it hard to locate her. She has been shaved down.

Please pray Foxie will be found and if she has to ride out Irene that she is in a safe place and away from harm.
 
Dear St. Francis, this is an urgent plea. Foxie is on the loose, and Hurricane Irene is bearing down. Please, give her the courage to approach when she hears her name.Let he know that she is loved and will be protected as soon as she's back at the rescue. Send this Sheltie to safety, please.
