My Feelings

Well spoken by all. I lost my fur kid last October to cancer. And when I see Honey's picture or walk by our special outdoor place, it brings tears and a smile as memories come rushing back. This coming October will be hard for me. We all deal with grief in our own way, but our deep sense of profound loss over the loss of our beloved fur kids is shared by all of us. Please know you are not alone in these thoughts and feelings.

Ronna, Sheri, Susan, you see, besides all the other bizillion reasons, that's one more reason why women were put on this earth...to let men know, that it's okay to say what's in your heart.....at first I felt kind of foolish when I originally wrote this....all of you have mede me feel better about how I feel. Thank you all who have left me a comment........

Wow What you wrote is beautiful and relfects what so many of us feel about our babies. What woman doen't love a sensitive loving caring man??

Maybe this isn't the place to express my feelings....but I am sitting here reading about your loses... something I have never experienced. My Boo is lying here by my feet sleeping. I touched him as I read your sad stories, and I to know that when he passes, my heart will die. Nothing on this earth means more to me than he does...and I truly mean this when I repeat the words said by Will Rogers..." If there are no dogs in heaven, then let me go where they go." Nothing in my life has loved me the way he does, nor do I love anything the way I love him. So to all of you who have lost a part of your heart...God Bless You and believe always that they still live in that special place..and know if youbelieve hard enough, you will see them again. I truly believe this because I cannot believe God will make me spend eternity without him by my side. Thanks to all who have taken the time to read my feelings. A broken heart moves on but never heals......

Sometimes I lie awake and consider how I will cope when Layla leaves the earth. It helps that I believe in the kindness of God, and that love continues. I know Boo will enrich your life for years to come -- as will his new little brother!!!

I'm counting on there being a Rainbow Bridge, because that's where Timber and my daughter are, together (I hope!). It's been 2 1/2 years since I lost them both, and your post has brought tears to my eyes.

While you can never replace the ones you've lost, there is always room in your heart to love again. Now I've got the boys, and of course, my son Ryan and weekend spouse, David. My heart is full again. And I can go on, until we're all together again.

I too hope there is, but I wish for Everett when it is his time to go, to pass the bridge and find my brother, his Uncle Rick. I know Rick and he will take care of each other until i can join them:cry:
