Have you tried handfeeding your pup? Do that for every meal (if possible) for a few months. It really helps build that bond which might be lacking since your pup has all these other big dog siblings to bond with. And you'd be associated with one of the best things in a dog's life - FOOD! You can also do some training at the same time and kill 2 birds with one kibble! It really worked for me when I got Romeo as a pup.
