I agree with Chris & Wayne. While it is awesome that you want to open up our home to a rescue,you & your son have been through so very much,that having a sheltie with issues etc..would be very stressful.

Corinna,I commend you for being so very brave,and taking one day as it comes.Hugs to you.
 
We have been enjoying the warm weather. My son and I put up a new fence out back for the furkids! Got lots of plants started for our garden.
Buddy's ear is getting better!
Just wanted to stop in and let you all know we are well!
I have found a few rescue Shelties but havent quite decided on any but I think Buddy will be included on the choice. One that I found is from the same foster mom as Buddy was.

I can't believe you guys get to plant stuff already... oh the joys of living in the south! lol (course most places are south to me, it seems lol)
 
Just want everyone to know that a arrest warrant has been issued for animal cruelity. Happy Easter Sweetie! Now you can really rest in peace! My stepson will also begin a sentence for the 12 year old as of monday! He will be getting just what he deserves...when he goes in for that charge he will be hit with the one for my Sweetie!
 
I'm go glad to hear he'll be charged with Sweetie's death. I'll keep praying that whichever judge and jury who hears that case will also find him guilty and subject him to the maximum punishment allowed by law.

Good work Corinna, I hope this gives some kind of closure to that crazy part of your life. You and your son are much better off and now in charge of your own destiny.

I'm glad to hear that the justice system is moving ahead against your ex-step-son for justice for Sweetie and that poor little girl.
 
I know this sounds mean but i hope to hell that the other inmates find out what he is in prison for!!!
 
Good for you, Corrina, now Sweetie can rest in peace. I wish peace for you and your family as well in this season of rebirth and renewal. You've been through a terrible ordeal and you deserve it.
