nasal cancer - snorting getting worse - need suggestions

my dog, cayman is 11 and has nasal cancer. More informaation about him can be found under my post nasal adenocarcinoma. He is playful and eating good, but the snorting has gotten louder, deeper and more frequent. Does anyone know of any other owners who have gone through this. He's breathing and it is not labored, but I can hear him breathe as if he's congested. I would really like to talk to another owner.

any suggestions would be so much appreciated. i am so worried, sad and tired of not know what to expect. thanks everybody. you are all wonderful angels who have helped me so much this past month.
