Unfortunately, I could not see the picture of Blue, but it may be because of the computer I am on right now. I am not on my personal pc.

His name is Blue and he is about 5 years old. He has 1 blue eye and 1 brown eye. He has spent his whole life on a chain and I dont think he has ever been grooomed. He is super matted. Ive spent an hour grooming his chest but havent even made a dent in his back yet. Ive had to cut some of the fur on his back down to almost his skin.

You're definitely a Sheltie Saint -- and Blue will be so grateful! I used to raise rats, too -- little dogs with really long tails! Welcome!
