I agree....plus they are toys, and it is fun to bring out the holiday toys each year. You can keep them and only use them during the holiday season and the dogs think that they are getting something new!
 
Also, if you want discounted toys, holiday toys are always 50% off or more after the holiday. This is in store and online.

I got Bailey a vampire doll with 8 squeakers in it for $3 a week after Halloween. Even it was $15, I still would've gotten it for her. She pulled it off the rack and was carrying it around the store. How could I say no?

Bailey's got you wrapped around her little paw!! It's not like that in my house. No, no way, not on your life. Well....maybe a little, or more than a little. Oh, alright! I'm wrapped too!

Diva did that with a stuffed dragon. She grabbed it 3 times and I put it back. As I was leaving the store she grabbed it for the fourth time and I caved.:lol:

That darn dragon is still one of her favortie toys.

2 Easters ago I got a huge stuffed sheep for Diva it was marked down from $25 to $4. It was bigger than Diva at the time. She loved that sheep and would jump off the futon onto it all she was doing WWF wrestling.

Haha! This reminds me that my daughter told me Meggie is not really trained not to chew on things, I'm just anal about putting things away. There's never anything on the floor for her to chew but toys!

Cooper has been known to take stuff right out of the laundry basket though, if I leave the closet door open.
 
Laundry basket - yep. I had to invest in one with a lid because Emma likes to surf the basket and because of cold issues in the walk-in closet, I can't close the door. Noah and Hamish left the laundry alone.
