New member from Ireland

Welcome from the wrong side of the Irish Sea. Whereabouts in Ireland do you both live? From Rosslare through Cork and Kerry up to Galway and Cruit Island in Donegal are our usual haunts - wonderful country and wonderful people. Welcome again from the moors of England

Ireland is at the top of my list of places to visit... I WILL make it there one day! Love those green hills & beautiful coastline. I'm part Irish, my maiden name is "Flood".
 
A big welcome from Southern California. My husband and I are lucky enough to have been to Ireland and absolutely loved it! We did a horseback week long trek from County Clare to the west coast & the Burren, then did a week's drive along southern Ireland back to Dublin. I would LOVE to return and see more. One of my favorite places.

Hi all, been away for a few days and just checked in here again. Nice to hear from so many friendly people (and sheltie lovers too). I will sort out some pix for you asap. I live in County Cavan, near the border with Northern Ireland and I'm from Belfast originally.
It is a lovely place here for dogs, lots of nice scenic walks and not too many cars etc.

The person who mentioned Cruit Island in Donegal, I know it well, it's a beautiful place.

I don't write stories about 'Jessie', not yet anyway, but you never know.
I write mainly about automotive history (classic cars) and other things. I usedto breed racing greyhounds and have written about the breed on a number of occasions too.
