She's a total love! I recommend The Art of Raising a Puppy by the Monks of New Skete. It's the only guide we use -- it's brilliant!!

Daphney is a cutie!! She looks so cuddly.We are bringing home our first sheltie also in a few weeks.His name is Trapp. There a few of us that are getting pups,or will have our pups,very close to one another. you have joined a great forum,these folks are wonderful here.
 
Ooh congratulations on your soon to be new puppy too! This place really is great! Everyone is so friendly and has such great advice.

Daphne is gorgeous !! I'm not too far from you about 1 1/2 hours that's neighbors up this way !:lol: I live in the White Mountains of New Hampshire on the vermont side of the mountains. We border Wells River, VT. I know you'll love it here the people are friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. We laugh , cry and support each other in times of need. Hope to hear from you on the threads and again welcome.:cool:

Oh, hi neighbor! I've been to Wells River and the White Mountains a few times over the years, so I know well where it is. I think it's quite a good thing to find fellow Sheltie fans around your area. You can always give each other a heads up when you find puppies available in the area. XD
