Nicknames?

Deska, aka Mr D, gets called Bottom. Even in public (I have no shame). That's because he always backs his bum into people for a rub.

Tully gets Tully girl or Fluffinella. I used to call her Little One, but I call the Burmese cat that now, although Tully still responds when I say that to the cat.

My Angel Bambi, across the Bridge, answered to Momma's sweet baby girl, sweet baby, pretty baby girl. My granddaughter called her Bammers . . . just don't call her late too dinner! :smile2:

Sca: Scadog or Big dog
Spitfire: usually Spitfire but also The Orange Horror, 'Him' or Evil when talking to Sca about him. Sometimes Little Dog.

In Mass, "The Belles"

They are all Petunia. They are all Punkins. They are all Honey. They are all my Sweeties.

Individually, Tara is Sweetie. Honey. She is also Tunia

Clara Belle is Clarabelle Lee.

Annabelle is Tinkerbelle or Wiggles LaRue.

Often tell him that he's "Lovely-Puppy-Puppy-My-Love"; "Mister Blaze"; "Edward Scissorteeth" (ala movie, "Edward Scissorhands"), cousin calls Blaze "Trouble" (but breeder doesn't like that for superstitious reasons), or just "Little Sheltie" (as in nite-nite "Little Sheltie").

Actually "Blaze" is a nickname since his registered name is "Blazing Dreamcatcher".

Missy Gallant, I have a cat I call Hazel Lee. That nickname came about because she was acting squirrelly, and I told her she was acting "very Hazelly today". Also, there sure are a lot of "fuzzy butts" out there!

Missy is already kind of a nickname or term of endearment. But in flyball and agility I almost exclusively call her Miss because it's one syllable. It probably sounds like I'm always telling her to miss the ball or jump! There's also Missy Girl, Goofy, Silly girl, pretty girl, and Puppy. There's probably more, I just can't think of them now.

Our agility instructor has come up with some interesting ones. Barky-face, border-sheltie (because she kinda looks like a border collie and acts like one too), pup pup. Barky-face is my favorite, although I never call her that.

Callan's nickname is Monkey. I honestly don't know why. It just seemed to fit. Indy is Idiot....Sorry Indy, but its true!
