Wow!
What a beautiful, long, and wonderful day today.
All my girls, furry and non-furry shined like the stars they are.
Here are some highlights:
Dandie earned her AKC CGC with flying colors, with my 10 year old daughter handling her. They did AWESOME. Also, there were 34 participants in Pre-Novice Obedience and this was the first time that both of them ever entered a ring. They place 3rd overall. We were amazed! What a great little team they make.
Vinca was handled by my 13 year old in Agility. Out of 40 participants....they got 4th place. Whoo Hoo..... What an amazing job. The most amazing part about this win is that there were people sitting literally ON the fence (we never allow this at our shows). It was a plastic fence roll, and they were hanging on it with their faces going through the holes. When I say hundreds of people were around, I am not exaggerating at all. And my little Vinca ran like a charm! This could not make me happier. When I say that Agility has done wonders for this rescue, I am not kidding. Amazing.
Chloe also did great today. My 13 year old daughter and Chloe participated in Rally Novice, Pre-Novice Obedience, and Agility. Even though they did not place in any of the events, they got qualifying scores in all of the events. The competition was really hard this year, and Chloe missed being in the ribbons by just a couple of points in each of the events. I was so proud of them. The best thing about Chloe, is she is just everyone’s friend. I think she just loved getting loved by everyone (hundreds of people pet her).
