Obsessive licking diagnosis

I'm glad you're having better luck with those ear drops than I did with Smudge! One look at the bottle and he was off! It was hard enough catching a 17 pound sheltie. Be glad that you didn't have to try and catch a lab! :biggrin2:

Earnhardt is pretty good about taking pills,Brian holds him,and I open his mouth, and shove it deep in,rub his neck and its gone.

BUT...that little bottle he knows it has something to do with his ear.I think if he did not hurt as he does in his ear,he would be better about it.As he never gives me issues about cleaning his ears.He isn't running, cause he's actually quite slow..:biggrin2:,and he knows he will be caught.

I can see where chasing Smudge (or any sheltie) would tire ya out.Cause Trapp is very quick. We get tired just watching him zoom around the yard!!:eek2:

I'll describe trying to catch a sheltie the best way I can. I'm going to use the exact same words my mom did:

"It's like trying to catch a greased pig at the fair or something!"
