Olive the wonder dog

Haven't posted any new pics in a while, but Olive is still growing fast. At 21 weeks, she is 14" and 17.2 pounds. She has an incredibly 'sturdy' build. The vet predicts 28 pounds. What do you all think? Both her parents were in size, but it was the sire's first litter. We'd like her to be big, so that's not a problem. She seems to be right on the line between in-size and oversize on all the bowling charts.

I do not know about size. ( we will have to have a sheltie puppy expert here on the forum comment on this.) But I do know Olive is very beautiful already! What a pretty girl she is.

She does look like she has a sturdy build compared to other sheltie pup pics I've seen. But she is so pretty! I love her coloring and attentive look :smile2:

Olive thinks she's pretty, too. Maybe we spoil her too much! Her daddy says she's a 'brick'. I think he means solid, but it's 'guy speak', so I'm not sure.

Birch here- From one "brick" to another I was just alittle bigger than that at 21 weeks. I am 6 months old now and I am 16" tall and 23 lbs. My mom thinks I am going to be alittle over 17" and about 30 lbs. Girls usually stop growing eariler than us boys.

My dog mom is only 14.5" and my dad is 15 1/4". Mom says I got all the height genes. But my brother Boe is as big as me too.

Olive looks great. Shes really fuzzy compared to our pup

Our sheltie Milli is currently 22 weeks old ( 5 months) and shes 15 inches and weighs in at 20 pounds. I wonder how much bigger shes going to get =). We'll find out in the coming months!
