Our beloved little Lacey Blue

One year ago today, our beloved little Lacey Blue passed away in a tragic accident. We miss her very much and always will. She was described by our eldest son as "love on four paws", a very apt description. The blue lights in our back garden are lit at dusk every night in her memory. We love you Lacey Blue.

I am so sorry for your loss. The pain of loss never really goes away, but the memories and the love a Sheltie bestows on us remains forever. I am glad you have a daily reminder of her in your garden. I've been there with loss and every now and then the tears do come.

Love on four paws - what an apt description of a Sheltie.

I'm sorry for the loss of your Lacey Blue. Your garden with it's blue lights sound lovely, I think it's a wonderful way to acknowledge her time here on earth with you and the love you all shared.

I hope you don't mind but today I am also remembering my Lacey who would've been 16 today. She passed in February 2 1/2 years ago. She was an amazing girl with such an old soul. She was by my side for 13 1/2 wonderful years and was my guardian angel through many tough times. So today my Sweet Lacey I wish you a wonderful carefree day of running at the bridge with your friends and know how much Chandler,Gypsy and I love and miss you.
