Hi everyone!

Bella's battle with kidney disease is finally done. She did really well, considering, until about a few weeks ago. She started having some neurological issues and just not feeling well, started getting picky with her food again, until she really stopped eating food altogether, other than cheese and hot dogs and freeze dried turkey.

She had a short seizure on Wednesday and just didn't rebound much after that. Was really lethargic and we just knew that it was her time. Our vet was amazing, with all the COVID stuff going on, and stayed with us as long as needed.

We have been giving Oreo lots of extra attention - walks were Bella's thing, but we've been keeping Oreo on them just to maintain his normal schedule. But I haven't had a dry eye on one yet. I know I'll get there. I know she's at peace now. And I can't wait for the day that we get to see her again.

Bella's Bed... for a week at least before she tore the stuffing out of the bottom of it ;) (she now gets a blanket and doesn't chew at all)
