Your training/socialisation programme sounds excellent, a pity more people do not invest the time and effort at this stage as it saves so many problems later.

We got our 3rd shots yesterday, rabies shot in 2 weeks and we are done! Can go everywhere, without so much caution!

Early socialization in shelties is so important, he's bold and confident and I'm trying to expose him to everything and every place his life will be made of.

We go to an obedience seminar next weekend, travel out of town. Hotels, elevators, clickers, oh My! :)

I expect the 16 week fear period will not be too terrible, will take care during that time.

He learned by experience that all 4 feet on the grooming table is a good thing. Standing still on the table is golden. We have lots of work to do with trimming nails.
