his ears still aren't set. I still have them weighted down.
but he is getting very floofy, hair is not long but definitely a lot of volume.

16.3 lbs today!
thats a pound and a half in 3 weeks or half a pound a week.
pico had a growth spurt in between thanksgiving and christmas and I guess his weight is catching up with that.
I know he is over 15 inches now.....

So Pico doesn't go into his crate in the kitchen since I added a dog bed to the enclosure.
he just sleeps on the other crate pad....
I would also like to give him more space.
I can just use the x-pen as a doorway pen and let him have the entire kitchen (that will a little less than double the space), but I worry he might start gnawing on the wood cabinets or wall.
lining the whole thing would take 2 x-pens.
I guess I need to bite the bullet and see how he does.
But the crate is getting taken down or moved to my bedroom, it take up a big chunk of my kitchen and blocks a whole set of cabinets. I completely forget when Gavin got free run of the house, but he DID gnaw on the wall when he was a puppy.

Oreo is not quite 10 months, taller than Oberon, and probably around 25 pounds. Wanted to switch him to adult food because it would be easier if they ate the same stuff vet said to wait until he's fully a year so i guess we have a little over 2 months of being a dual-food household
