It warms my heart to see Piper and Blueberry playing…although Piper does tend to get distracted by a snowbank:ROFLMAO:.
They did play for a bit longer than the video, I just didn’t catch the beginning.
It brings a smile to my face to see Piper have fun, even if he can’t keep up with her!:lol:
Blueberry had a much more enjoyable Gotcha day than 4 years ago, beautiful day for them outside.

Piper is just his normal happy self. I do find him actually MORE clingy than he used to be. He’s always been incredibly attached to me but usually after supper I’d go upstairs to relax and he’d stay downstairs with my mom. Now he comes upstairs with me.
I think it’s just because I help him more so he is just more bonded to me. Always asleep at my feet!

I don't watch youtubes on the big screen. When I first got Benny I had to put the kibash on him reacting to the TV. He was first sheltie I've had that reacted to things on TV. Of course he pretty much reacted to everything those days LOL.

Angus went vertical up the face of the TV one night. No more TV for him. Spitfire only reacts to sounds. Sca and Ian mostly don't care. Angus would watch TV.

Piper has adapted so well! He has slowed down a bit but that’s more of an age thing (he turns 10 in April). He has yelped a couple times when outside playing (not sure if he got scared of her or bit his tongue…it does hang out all the time) so I tend to try to limit his running and playing with Blueberry. I do think he’s a bit leery of playing too much with her because of his jaw…he knows he can’t defend himself. I do watch over him more…and of course he knows this.
Of course it doesn’t stop him from giving me heck in the morning if I’ve taken too long to get him his breakfast lol! And even with his short jaw he eats 90% of his breakfast on his own and has even figured out how to pick up food off the floor! He turns his head to the side as he reaches for it so he uses the side of his bottom jaw to pick it up. He surprises me at every turn!
