You've got a great start! Google Sheltie Grooming and you'll find some great pointers!! Also, I learned so much by subscribing to the Silver Trails Sheltie online grooming videos -- super!!
I echo getting the Silver Trails video as well as the Illustrated Guide.
The wonderful thing about the Guide is that it tells you how to groom for certain faults (e.g. prick ears, hound ears, etc.) to compensate.
I would certainly trim the horns up some, but not too much. Just neaten the line. You don't want to create a sharp line. Also, like was said above, I don't think I would thin too much in front of the ears either. Just neaten if up. If you do too much, you'll see a great expanse of "pink" ear and make the ears look larger, like satellite dishes.
I wouldn't trim her forelegs much yet - give them a chance to start growing in.
Looks like a pretty good job on the feet. And you've done a great job on the brushing.
Word of warning....I found grooming pretty easy in the beginning when the pups were younger. But as more and more fur grows in, it becomes more challenging. Also, techniques that you used before, may no longer apply.
As pup gets older, you'll need to adapt your tools too. Many of us swear by mini-shavers (I use a lady's bikini shaver). Great for the poop chute. I also use it on the paws (top, bottom and sides), after I'm done scissoring. Great way to clean up stray hairs.
Definitely invest in a good pair of thinning shears. I'm on the prowl to replace mine and there are threads on that here too.
