Both of mine require two outings to do both. I don't know why. Is this a funny sheltie quirk.
It is much easier when you have a yard to use in the middle of the night. If I had to walk the dogs in the middle of the night I would not be nearly as eager to take them out.
This is something my daughter and I have talked about before. I told her I didn't mind letting the dogs out in the middle of the night because I have to potty in the middle of the night, so I can't really be mad at them if they have to as well. But I can just open the door and let mine out; she has to leash them up and walk Long Beach in the middle of the night. Not the best scenario.
