You'll need to post a link to an external photo-storage site. Only Premium Members can embed photos into their posts and it looks like your's has lapsed.

I renewed my membership over the weekend, so now what do I do?

At the bottom under post reply you will see an Upload a File button. Pick that and a pop up will allow you to upload your file from your phone or computer. Pick the file you want. Then you can choose from displaying the files as a thumbnail or full. Then hit post reply. Hope this helps.
