Hi! Just wondering since Foxy has only done her 2nd jab but not her 3rd, should I just housebreak her until she gets her 3rd jab or should I just train her to potty outside?

P/S: Sorry if i use 'housebreak' wrongly, I mean potty and pee pee and home instead.

Where will she be toileting? Is it a shared area (do other dogs pee there)or your own place?
 
Personally I'd wait as it's only a few weeks, but I've never had to use a shared area to toilet a pup.

Parvo can be picked up from the ground fairly readily and is awful for puppies to catch. Call your vet to check whether there is an issue with parvo in your area. If there is parvo, no question, better to stay safe and stay off the shared areas.

Hopefully someone who has had experience with keeping a pup in an apartment can give you more info on what they did.
 
Alright, noted. I think I'll just wait till Foxy has had her 3rd jab before I let her toilet there. Thanks Caro for your kind advices. :smile2:
