Prayers for Dr. Shelli and her Angel Diva

Here are a few pics of Diva, Birch, Justice and Ember from Dr. Shelli's visit last summer. Diva was such a joy to have here along with the rest of her gang. She will truly be missed.

I am just so overwhelmingly sad to hear this news. Please know, Rachel and Shelli, that we are grieving with you. We will all hold Diva's stories in our hearts. Stay strong!!!!

What a shock. I'm not on FB either so I had no idea. To lose a precious pup at such a young age is just unimaginably devastating. We all feel like we know Dr. Shelli's dogs because of her vivid descriptions of them, the good, the bad and the funny.

Please know my heart is with you Shelli, and Rachel. I am typing this through tears.

Our days with our pups are so precious.

Dear St. Francis,

It's always hard for us to lose a precious Sheltie, but this loss is very hard to understand. We seek reasons, logic, some rationale for such a blow -- and know that there really is none. All we know is that Rainbow Bridge is a more beautiful, much livelier place with Diva holding court. Please, take good care of her until she is once more reunited with Dr. Shelli and Rachael, who loved her so. Help Birch as he grieves for his best friend. Comfort them and all of us who were blessed to know this amazing sprite of a Sheltie: accomplished, graceful, loyal and loving. Whisper to Diva that to her, it will seem but the twinkling of an eye until she is in their arms once more.
In His name we ask,
Amen

Diva, with her friends, at the 2012 Southern Sheltie Gathering

What a shock. I can only imagine how Shelli must feel. Sending prayers of comfort to she and Rachel. It's a terrible loss and so sudden....words fail me. My deepest sympathy. :hugs

OH my what terrible terrible news. I am so so so sorry about Diva sudden passing. I loved stories of her dogs. I know how much she loves them all and I know she is a wonderful pet owner. You all know I am so fond of Justice and he was my dream dog that made me change my mind about a boy dog in the end. I pray for you and the pain of losing such a wonderful dog. I am so sorry, I can't say anything to help you not hurt so badly. Blessing to all your family members both dogs and people.

I am not on facebook, so hearing of Diva's passing was such a shock.

Dr. Shelli and Rachel, I am so very sorry.

Both of you are on my heart and in my prayers.

I'm so shocked and saddened to see this. I can't even imagine how devastating a loss this must be... my deepest condolences to Dr. Shelli and to Rachael.

It's a shock and the whole day yesterday and last night wrought with frustration to find out what was wrong with Diva.
The loss was so tragic and so sudden, she just competed with her on the weekend!! I am so so sorry about her loss!

Shelli must be so tired and sad and heartbroken, much love from the East Coast to everyone at Blackmyst and especially Shelli

I did hug Toffee and Spruce extra tight today as the tears were flowing, you just never know when's the last time.

RIP Diva, we will miss you
