$800 REWARD FOR RETURN OF SERVICE DOG PICASSO

No questions asked at this point
Only want dog back as he is vital to daily quality of life of his human

Picasso was stolen during a home invasion on Saturday March 14.
Nope...He is NOT chipped, tattooed nor had collar because he was just groomed. In addition, there is a "special way, command" in which his human can prove Picasso is her's, hence have to see the dog live in person.
We strongly feel he is being held by someone since his pedigree is of show quality. He has been with the handicapped woman for over 8 years. He really needs to be returned to her.
Have a heart and give him back via through the SPCA, ARNO or some org like that.
