Pressure sore on old dog's elbow - what do you guys do?

My concern as well Ellen. Chelsea licks her elbow when it hurts. That's one of the reasons we put flax seed oil on the callus if it opens. It's very healing and it keeps the wound supple.

I recommend something that is non-toxic because I don't know about your dogs, but mine like to lick it off.
