Problem becoming a solution

That's pretty cool. Wish I would've read this when I lived in an apartment. I never thought to tape the remote to my door and ask my neighbor's press it.
 
I think it's a brilliant idea!

Even if it took a month of using this technique and the sheltie was getting a few pounds heavier, a person can walk that off a dog or let the dog use the treadmill in the apartments gym facilities. A person could use kibble instead of treats and then not need to feed meals.

Someone also rigged the manners minder to a motion sensor so any movement outside the door gets the dog inside a treat. Who are all these geniuses! :yes:
 
One issue I had with the manners minder and my dog is when it wasn't dispensing treats, she would bark at it. So even if I asked my neighbors to that, I have a big feeling she would stand by the manner's minder and bark at it when it is not dispensing treats. She is a little obsessed with food...hence the attached picture :lol:
