Puppy training plan

A big welcome home to your Christy. It sounds like she is going to be a wonderful addition to the family.

You may have to go back to housetraining as if she was still a tiny pup if the poop inside issue continues, but Christy is in an all new environment and it is not unusual for dogs to have accidents at first until they get past any stress and get used to their new routine.

Am a great believer in "signs from God". Also hope this is a match for you.

I stand in agreement that sheltie angels come straight from heaven, on assignment as it were, to add blessings to your life! Mine have all enriched my life tremendously!

Thanks. Christy is actually getting much better with housebreaking. She has gotten to pee outside regularly. She also pooped outside, and I instantly gave her a tasty treat with praise. We are closely monitoring her when she's near the carpet, so far no accidents today.

Yes! Christy fits into our home so well as if God had chosen her. Its her 3rd day here, and she acts like she's been here for months. I can't wait to train her agility and fun tricks.
