So every day around 6pm my husband sits in the recliner and asks Sanstorm to get a ball (he has 5) and every day SS chooses a different ball. It's so cute- my husband will throw the ball (SS is 2 or 3 ft from him) and SS will catch it, and sometimes even throw it back- this is a ritual, and Sandstorm seems to remember to choose a different ball each day.
Just had to share!
 
isn't it funny, how they just seem to know how to do certain things.

I know when Beau is listening to me because his ears twitch a certain way
 
That's neat how he chooses a different ball each night.Wonder why ? Sally likes to play fetch with DH every night, it's either the holely roller or tennis ball. DH throws the ball down the hallway and Sallly races after and brings it back. This usually lasts for 15 minutes or so. When Sally wants to play she will shove the ball up into the recliner and then rest her muzzle on the arm of the chair and stare at DH until he throws it. This goes on most of the time while we watch tv. She will do the same thing with me, but she really likes him to play fetch.
 
Bitsy selects a "Ball of the Day," too! She'll play with just that one. Maybe she and Sandstorm are related. :lol:
