Sca has no sympathy

Dr. Shelli - how did Emma get in your pictures? She goes even further and if I am lying down lies on top of me.

H Ha Gotta love shelties, demanding little herding dogs they are.

Diva does the lying down on me thing too. If I don't get the hint, a poke in the ear with a wet nose usually does it.

Dr. Shelli---your pictures are familiar to many of us on here. So Sca, you are not alone! Lexi demands attention in a very similar way. Hi...hey..HI...HEY..HELLLOOOOO!

You are not alone. Bailey has no sympathy for me when I'm sick either.

I had food poisoning a few weeks ago. While I was in the bathroom puking, I noticed Bailey run past the bathroom excessively squeaking her toys. Ten seconds later she ran by with my flip flop in her mouth. Another ten seconds pass and she comes running back again with my other flip flop in her mouth. A few more seconds pass and she is ringing the bell to go potty. I ignored her, so she came in the bathroom, looked at me questionably, barked once and then ran back to ring her bell.... sigh :rolleyes2:

OMG Randi, that made me laugh soo hard im sitting on the couch giggling hysterically visualizing Bailey doing that (and its easy to visualize since I own her wicked twin who would do the same thing:lol:)!!!

Sheep hope you feel better soon!!! My entire fam got food poisoning at my cousins daughters christening...all I have to say is THANK GOD FOR THE DOG SHOW I went too and missed it:cool:

Well Sca has improved. I was off all weekend and I think I was only awake a few hours. Mostly Sca just climbed up and slept with me. He even curled up behind my head once. Of course he could not be totally sympathetic, one time he had determined I had rolled over and went back to sleep one time to many and attacked my ear :rolleyes2: Yesterday I was still off work but a bit more mobile, he was pretty good and I was able to toss his frisbee some. Last night he did go on a mission to test every toy in the box just in case one would cause me to play

Maybe there is hope of him having a small bit of sympathy

Well, my dog ignores me when I'm sick!
Gavin doesn't ask for attention, but no snuggles for me either :(

I have passed out on the bathroom floor twice in the past 2 years in the middle of the night (food poisoning or such) and the damn dog never even came and checked on me. He just kept sleeping! Maybe if I called him or yelled 'treat', he'd come, but no obvious concern flowing my way either. *sigh*
