Sheltie Puppy Precious learns to walk in boots!

Ah, I still remember the first time I put them on Miko 10+ years ago. I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe. I love when they prance around and try to kick off the back ones. Precious seemed to try to get them off too. lol.

That was fabulous, a real giggle....... There's no point in putting boots on my two - they just collect snowballs on their tummy fringes if they can't get them on their feet:wink2:!
 
What a great video!

Wearing boots when you walk your dog in the city in the winter is an excellant idea. All the street salts that they use are terrible on the dogs feet. They can burn the dog, and then the dog will lick their feet and digest the chemicals/salts.

You were so smart to train her early! Good for you.
 
Loved the video. Precious was such a good sport with the boots. Some dogs will have nothing to do with them. Great how you took her through it step by step (literally!) She looks so proud of herself and has a right to be!!!

By the way, Precious is the perfect name for her!
