You will know if your pup is heat stressed.....
Heavy panting and drinking alot of water is the first signs. Extreme lethargy is another sign. But don't mistake your dog's normal sleep cycle for lethargy. Dogs will actually sleep most of the day anyway.
75 degrees is perfectly fine indoors.
My dogs tend to seek out the ceramic tiles in the bathroom. Small room with cool floors at the AC just blasts there!
